Founder Lifetime Membership Terms

Overview

These Founder Lifetime Membership Terms govern the Ember Tables Founder Lifetime Membership offer. They supplement the Terms of Service and are incorporated into those Terms.

The Founder Lifetime Membership is an early supporter offer for the Ember Tables player-facing service. Some benefits may be available immediately, and other benefits may become available only if and when the relevant Ember Tables features are released.

By purchasing or accepting a Founder Lifetime Membership, you agree to these terms, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

Offer Summary

The Founder Lifetime Membership is a one-time paid supporter membership for the first 100 eligible Ember Tables founder accounts.

The current Founder Lifetime Membership offer is priced at $50 USD unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it does not create recurring charges.

A signed-in Ember Tables account is required. For the initial offer, each account may hold at most one Founder Lifetime Membership.

Founder Slots and Founder Numbers

There are 100 Founder Numbers, numbered #1 through #100. Available numbers are limited and subject to inventory, payment completion, fraud review, and fulfillment.

After your purchase is completed and fulfilled, the selected Founder Number is intended to be associated with the purchasing Ember Tables account and unavailable for other users to claim, except where the purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, canceled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

The browser success page is not the final entitlement record. Ember Tables grants the Founder Membership and Founder Number based on Stripe payment and webhook fulfillment records and Ember Tables entitlement records.

Meaning of “Lifetime”

For this offer, “lifetime” means the lifetime of the Ember Tables player-facing service, as operated by Ember Tables or a successor that continues the Ember Tables player-facing service, for the purchasing account while that account remains active and in good standing.

“Lifetime” does not mean the biological lifetime of the purchaser, the lifetime of any individual founder, unlimited access to every future product or business, or a promise that Ember Tables will operate indefinitely.

Founder benefits apply to the Ember Tables website, game platform, and direct successor or rebranded version of that same player-facing service. They do not automatically apply to unrelated future businesses, separate websites, separate products, enterprise services, developer tools, infrastructure products, marketplace-seller tools, or third-party services.

Benefits Roll Out Over Time

Ember Tables is still being built. Founder Membership is an early supporter purchase, and some benefits are future benefits that are not available at the time of purchase.

Your purchase reserves the Founder Membership for the purchasing account and gives that account the Founder benefits described in these terms as those benefits become available, subject to these terms, normal usage limits, technical compatibility, legal and safety requirements, and the continued operation of the relevant Ember Tables service.

Ember Tables may change, rename, redesign, delay, replace, or discontinue features as the platform develops. These terms do not promise any specific release date, uptime, feature roadmap, or exact product behavior.

Founder Number and Recognition

The immediate Founder Membership benefit is a limited Founder Number associated with the purchasing account.

Ember Tables may display Founder Number, badge, profile, account-status, or similar recognition features as those product surfaces are developed.

Recognition features may be changed, redesigned, hidden, delayed, moderated, or disabled for legal, safety, integrity, compatibility, or operational reasons.

Ad-Free Ember Tables Account

While signed in to the Founder account, Ember Tables will not show third-party display ads in the Ember Tables player-facing service.

This ad-free benefit does not prevent Ember Tables from showing service announcements, product notices, transactional notices, policy notices, safety messages, sponsorship disclosures, marketplace listings, user-generated or organizer-controlled event content, or other non-ad service content.

The ad-free benefit applies to the Founder account in the Ember Tables player-facing service. It does not automatically apply to unrelated products, third-party services, external websites, embedded third-party content outside Ember Tables control, or business, developer, enterprise, infrastructure, marketplace-seller, or event-operator tools unless Ember Tables expressly says so.

Official Ember Tables Cosmetics

Founder accounts receive access to official Ember Tables cosmetics if and when those cosmetics are released and supported for player accounts.

“Official Ember Tables cosmetics” means digital cosmetic items created by Ember Tables and made generally available by Ember Tables as official platform cosmetics for player accounts.

This benefit does not include third-party creator items, marketplace items, paid user-created assets, partner or sponsor items with separate restrictions, physical goods, event prizes, limited legal or regional items, items that are removed or disabled, or items no longer supported for legal, safety, security, technical, compatibility, or platform-integrity reasons unless Ember Tables separately says they are included.

Standard Paid Player Membership Features

If Ember Tables offers a standard paid player membership tier in the future, Founder accounts receive the standard paid player-facing features for the Founder account without paying the recurring subscription price for that standard player tier, subject to these terms and normal usage limits.

If Ember Tables later offers multiple player tiers, bundles, add-ons, or products, Ember Tables may identify which standard player-facing membership features are included as Founder benefits.

Founder Membership does not include enterprise tools, developer tools, official API or data products, creator marketplace seller tools, paid event tools, commercial infrastructure, high-volume automation, unusually compute-heavy services, metered AI generation or bot-training usage beyond normal included player limits, marketplace purchases, third-party services, or separate premium products outside the Ember Tables player-facing service unless Ember Tables expressly includes them.

Digital Entitlements; No Ownership or Stored Value

Founder Membership, Founder Numbers, cosmetic access, badges, profile features, and similar benefits are digital account entitlements and access rights for use within Ember Tables. They are licensed access rights, not ownership of separate digital property.

Founder Membership does not create cash, a deposit account, stored value, a financial account, a security, an investment interest, a transferable asset, a property interest in Ember Tables, or a right to revenue, royalties, dividends, appreciation, resale proceeds, or company ownership.

Access to digital benefits may be limited, suspended, disabled, revoked, modified, or removed as described in these terms and the Terms of Service, including for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, security, safety, compatibility, or platform-integrity reasons.

Account-Bound and Non-Transferable

Founder Memberships and Founder Numbers are tied to the purchasing Ember Tables account.

Founder Memberships and Founder Numbers may not be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, traded, sublicensed, brokered, rented, shared, resold, pledged, or moved to another account without written approval from Ember Tables.

Ember Tables may, but is not required to, approve a manual transfer or correction for account recovery, account compromise, mistaken purchase correction, migration, fraud remediation, or similar exceptional support reasons.

Eligibility and Authorized Purchaser

You must be legally authorized to complete the purchase and to use the payment method provided.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to complete the purchase, or that you are the parent or legal guardian completing the purchase for the Ember Tables account user.

Purchasing a Founder Membership does not make a user eligible for adult-only features. Publishing games remains subject to the separate 18-or-older publishing confirmation and the Published Game Configuration Terms.

Refunds, Reversals, Chargebacks, and Invalid Purchases

Founder Lifetime Membership purchases are refundable for 14 days after purchase. After the 14-day refund period, purchases are final except where required by law or where Ember Tables chooses otherwise.

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, canceled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid, Ember Tables may revoke, disable, or withhold the Founder Membership and Founder Number, and may return the Founder Number to the available pool.

Refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, payment abuse, and entitlement-integrity issues may require manual review and support handling.

Account Deletion, Recovery, and Records

Founder Membership is associated with the purchasing Ember Tables account and related payment, order, and entitlement records.

If you delete your account, access to Founder Membership benefits may become unavailable unless Ember Tables can verify and restore the account or entitlement through support. Deleting an account does not require Ember Tables to return the Founder Number to available inventory.

Ember Tables may retain payment, order, refund, dispute, fraud, support, entitlement, and Founder Number records as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, support recovery, and entitlement-integrity purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Abuse, Misuse, and Enforcement

Ember Tables may suspend, limit, disable, or revoke Founder Membership benefits if an account or purchase is connected to fraud, abuse, illegal activity, harassment, spam, platform attacks, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, security violations, account resale, transfer attempts, or attempts to bypass technical, eligibility, purchase, or usage limits.

Enforcement may apply to the account, entitlement, Founder Number, payment flow, support access, or related product features as appropriate.

Changes to These Terms

Ember Tables may update these terms as the platform develops.

Updates will not intentionally remove the core Founder benefits for existing Founder Members: Founder Number recognition, an ad-free Ember Tables player-facing service experience, access to official Ember Tables cosmetics, and standard paid player membership features, in each case subject to these terms, normal usage limits, technical compatibility, legal and safety requirements, and the continued operation of the relevant Ember Tables service.

If a change materially affects Founder Membership terms, Ember Tables may provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance where appropriate or required.
